Before You Arrive

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. All accommodations feature convenient self check-in with a private keypad, allowing you to arrive at your leisure.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Late checkout can be arranged for a fee.
To extend checkout to 11am, the fee is $50
To extend checkout to noon, the fee is $100
There are no checkout after noon, so we can be ready for the arriving guests.
Prior to arrival, you will receive a unique keypad access code for your suite or cottage. This code remains active throughout your stay and expires at 10:30 AM on your day of departure.
Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests.
- Palm Cottage and Oyster Rake Cottage each have two private parking spaces.
- Craftsman Cottage has four parking spaces available on the driveway.
- Jasmine, Rose, and Camellia Suites have designated parking directly in front of the suites.
No. The number of guests staying in the accommodation may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed on your reservation confirmation.
Air mattresses and additional sleeping arrangements are not permitted.
A two-night minimum stay applies to all cottages and suites.
Yes.
Guests receive:
- 10% off stays longer than 7 nights
- For stays longer than 30 days, there is a 30% discount on suites and a 40% discount on cottages.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all cottages and suites. Connection details will be provided prior to your arrival.
EV charging is available for guests staying in Palm Cottage and Oyster Rake Cottage.
Yes. Complimentary bicycles are available for guest use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, and other beach essentials are available for guest use.
Guests may also borrow a complimentary Hunting Island State Park pass, subject to availability.
Our kitchens are thoughtfully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and many everyday kitchen essentials to help you feel at home during your stay.
Many guests comment on how well-equipped our kitchens are compared to typical vacation rentals.
Yes. Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for every guest. Each accommodation is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Yes. Every cottage and suite includes a private washer and dryer.
Magnolia Court Suites is located in Beaufort's Pigeon Point neighborhood, within easy walking or biking distance of many local attractions, including:
- Downtown Beaufort
- Waterfront Park
- Local restaurants and shops
- The marina
- The Historic Point neighborhood
Hunting Island State Park is also a short drive away.
