Rates

Come on and stay awhile!  Unlike a hotel, we encourage our guests to stay for extended periods of time – whether a week, a month, or longer.  As a result, we do not have a standard nightly rate.  We do sometimes offer a three-night minimum stay, however.  Rentals for these shorter stays will have a higher “nightly rate” than those for a week or month.  Except as otherwise noted, our rates include all fees except taxes (currently 10%). Our rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change until the Booking is confirmed in writing.  While our rates may change from season to season or for different days of the week, the following is a guideline of our standard charges:

Reservations and Bookings and Deposits

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve a suite; the balance is required 60 days in advance of arrival.  If the initial booking is made within this 60-day window, the full payment is due at booking.  The initial payment or deposit must be made by credit or debit card; the balance may be paid by check, credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover).

 

Successive Month’s Stay

In the case of a multi-month stay, each successive month will be charged at the beginning of the prior month or at least 30 days in advance of the period.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival in order to receive a refund (less a $25 processing fee). After that time, refunds are only available if we are able to re-book the property for the same period.  While wedo try to accommodate guests if a date needs to be rescheduled; doing so is contingent upon availability and may be subject to higher rates.

 

Travel Insurance

Guests who have on-going health issues, are concerned about potential weather-related disturbances, or anticipate last-minute scheduling changes may wish to purchase travel insurance from an independent agency (we do not offer travel insurance, but you can find many companies offering this insurance through an on-line search.)
