The Manhattan Suite
A ground floor apartment. The suite has been freshly decorated and refurbished with furniture from the Hausful Store in Charleston. The living room includes a leather sofa, and two upholstered chairs, coffee table and end tables, desk and TV. This is joined to an open kitchen with breakfast bar with granite counter top. The suite features a king bedroom. The bathroom was remodeled in January 2023 to include a tile and glass walk-in shower. Washer and dryer. Breakfast or cocktails on the private porch overlooking a lush front garden.

The space
The Manhattan Suite is a short walk to the historic Point with it's magnificent historic houses, Beaufort's thriving downtown with it's many shops and restaurants, and just yards from Pigeon Point Park. Ideal for a couple looking to enjoy the heart of Southern living at it's finest. Parking for two cars available. We proudly do our own cleaning and maintenance. As seasoned travelers, we are aware what an excited guest is hoping to experience, and we strive to please.
Guest access
Our location makes the downtown shops, restaurants and waterfront park easily accessible on foot, or via the five Magnolia Court bicycles (subject to availability). Just a 200 yard walk north of the property is Pigeon Point Park, with it's playground for children, and picnic tables. A short walk south takes guests to the Point, and it's historic houses, used and spared from destruction during the Civil War by the Confederate Army as a hospital.

We couldn’t have asked for a better host and location. My 3 year old, 9 month old, husband, and I stayed here while in town to attend a wedding. You can't go wrong staying at Magnolia Court! My sister and I rented the Manhattan Suite for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. The suite was beautifully refurbished, spotlessly clean and ... read more there were too many special touches to list. The location is also wonderful and convenient to downtown Beaufort. Jackie and Duncan were so friendly and helpful and I look forward to staying there again in the future!

This is a good size apartment in a nice location. The apartment was really clean and has the added bonus of a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to work in. You can tell the owners take pride in this home they have spent many hours landscaping the yard and keeping everything in top shape. This apartment is a great location for walking to the water, to view many beautiful old homes and also to a waterfront Main Street with restaurants and shops. We would visit this location again!
