The space

You'll love the cozy feel of this apartment. On fair weather days, the patio is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails before walking into town for supper at one of Beaufort's many night spot dining options. This modernized space has been providing a haven for guests for years, and will do for years to come. We have a no-smoking, and no pets house rule. We proudly do our own cleaning and maintenance. As seasoned travelers we are aware what an excited guest is hoping to experience, and we strive to please.

Guest access

Our location makes the downtown shops, restaurants and waterfront park easily accessible on foot, or via the five Magnolia Court bicycles (subject to availability). Just a 200 yard walk north of the property is Pigeon Point Park, with it's playground for children, and picnic tables. A short walk south takes guests to the Point, and it's historic houses, used and spared from destruction during the Civil War by the Confederate Army as a hospital.

So glad I chose Magnolia Court for an extended stay. It is clean, comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the historic district.  The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything one could need from a smoothie maker to a cocktail shaker as well as a rolling pin and pie plates should one feel the need to bake a pie. I'll definitely be back.

Jackie and Duncan are amazing! The apartment is very clean, it had everything you need to include necessary kitchen items, compact washer and dryer and travel toiletries in the event you forgot something. The king size bed is comfortable with new mattresses. The grounds are gorgeous and loved using the bikes to tour the parks and homes overlooking the water. Located only .07 miles from Bay Street, it is an easy safe walk.

We loved our stay at Jackie’s place! It was the perfect location to downtown Beaufort and to visit my Mother nearby I was especially impressed with how well appointed the place was with a full cooks kitchen, dishwasher even a washer dryer!  Loved the warm welcome with a gift of coffee and cookies, what an unexpected treat. The bed was also super comfy, loved it!
